TERMS OF USE - HUB ADSELETO

2.1 What is HUB ADSELETO

HUB ADSELETO is a technological platform that offers publishers integrated with the ADSELETO advertising network (ADX) the following services:

• Analytical dashboard with performance metrics integrated with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
• Pricing platform for applying price rules to specific advertising blocks

2.2 Eligibility

Access to HUB ADSELETO is exclusive to publishers who have websites integrated with the ADSELETO ADX network or who maintain a valid commercial agreement with ADSELETO. ADSELETO reserves the right to review and approve eligibility requirements periodically.

3.1 Required Information

To use the Platform, you must provide:

• Full name
• Valid email address
• Company information (when applicable)

Important: The performance data displayed in HUB ADSELETO is obtained directly from Google Ad Manager through authorized integration, using the access credentials already provided during the integration process with the ADSELETO network.

3.2 Responsibility for Information

You are responsible for:

• Providing true, accurate and complete information, and keeping this information updated
• Ensuring the confidentiality of your access credentials and immediately notifying ADSELETO of any unauthorized use of your account
• Updating your account promptly in case of changes to the provided information

3.3 Account Usage

Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.1 Usage License

ADSELETO grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Platform according to these Terms.

4.2 Permitted Conduct

You may:

• Access and view performance data from your websites
• Configure pricing rules for your advertising inventories
• Export reports for internal analysis
• Use dashboard tools for revenue optimization

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

It is expressly prohibited to:

• Attempt to hack, interfere with or compromise the security of the Platform, including, but not limited to, cyber attacks, exploits and unauthorized access
• Use bots, automated scripts or other tools to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner
• Perform reverse engineering, decompile, modify or attempt to extract source code from the Platform without express permission from ADSELETO
• Overload or damage the Platform infrastructure through excessive requests or improper manipulation of services

5.2 Advertising Content Policies

6.1 Free Access

Access and use of HUB ADSELETO is completely free for publishers integrated with the ADSELETO network.

6.2 Revenue Share

ADSELETO generates revenue through the revenue share model of advertisements displayed on publishers' websites, according to specific commercial agreements.

6.3 No Additional Fees

There are no registration fees, monthly fees or costs for using the Platform.

7.1 ADSELETO Ownership

The Platform, including design, source code, logos, trademarks and content, is the exclusive property of ADSELETO and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Data

You retain ownership of your commercial data. ADSELETO uses this data exclusively to provide Platform services.

7.3 Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas provided to ADSELETO may be freely used to improve the Platform.

8.1 Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ADSELETO employs commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuity, stability and security of the Platform, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, error-free or free from technical failures resulting from external factors, such as third-party providers or fortuitous cases.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

ADSELETO's liability for damages arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the last year of Platform use, exclusively for direct and proven damages caused by ADSELETO's negligence, excluding:

• Indirect damages, lost profits or any type of non-direct economic loss
• Data loss, business opportunities or damages caused by third-party failures, including outsourced service providers
• Damages resulting from force majeure cases or events beyond ADSELETO's reasonable control

8.3 Complaint Deadline

Any complaint must be filed within 30 (thirty) days after knowledge of the fact that originated it.

9.1 Support Channel

Technical and commercial support is provided through dedicated Discord channels, specific to each publisher.

9.2 Support Hours

Support is available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Brasília time).

9.3 Problem Resolution

ADSELETO commits to responding to support requests within 48 business hours and to resolving technical issues as quickly as possible.

10.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform.

10.2 Termination by User

You may terminate the use of the Platform at any time by ceasing to access it.

10.3 Termination by ADSELETO

ADSELETO may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Substantial violation of these Terms, including, but not limited to, misuse of services or non-compliance with content policies
• Termination or modification of the revenue share commercial agreement, according to current agreements
• Inappropriate, abusive or fraudulent use of the Platform
• Compliance with legal or regulatory determinations that require suspension or blocking of the service

10.4 Effects of Termination

After termination:

• Access to the Platform will be immediately suspended
• Personal data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy
• Obligations related to intellectual property remain in effect

11.1 Right to Modify

ADSELETO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

11.2 Change Notification

Significant changes will be communicated through:

• Platform notification
• Email to registered address
• Discord channel notice

11.3 Acceptance of Modifications

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

12.2 Jurisdiction

To resolve controversies arising from these Terms, the jurisdiction of the District of Belo Horizonte - MG is elected, with express waiver of any other.

12.3 Independence of Clauses

If any provision of these Terms is considered invalid, the others remain in full force.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Platform.

12.5 Language

These Terms were written in English. In case of translation, the English version prevails.
